Refund and Cancellation Policy

Bhaktinagar Shraddha Welfare Society is a not-for-profit organization. Donations made to the Society are used strictly for charitable purposes.

1. Donation Refunds
Donations are generally non-refundable. If you made an error while making a donation, please contact us within 7 days at bsws.ngo@gmail.com with your transaction details. Refunds, if any, will be made at the sole discretion of the Society.

2. Duplicate Transactions
If you believe you have made a duplicate donation, please notify us immediately. After verification, one of the transactions may be refunded.

3. Cancellation Policy
Event registrations or participation in activities may be cancelled under specific conditions. Any such refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

4. Transaction Failures
In case of failed transactions, if your bank account is debited but a receipt is not generated, the amount will typically be refunded by your bank within 7–10 working days.
